Grab & Go garlands are fully constructed by us and picked up, hung, and styled by you. Easy to follow hanging instructions and all materials needed are included.
We recommend scheduling your garland pick up within 3 days of your event. Small Pop garlands will fit in most vehicles, and Medium & Large Pop garlands require a mid size SUV or larger. Be sure to have your vehicle emptied out and seats down for pick up.
Bouquets, centerpieces, custom jumbos, and more - we offer a variety of helium options to elevate your event decor. Choose delivery, or add on to your custom installation.
Pop Balloons is based out of Waterford, MI and we serve all of metro Detroit and a little further north! If your event is in Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, Livingston, Washtenaw or Genesee counties you can party with Pop!
Delivery and installation fees are calculated on top of your order. Our installation fee is 20% of your balloon order subtotal. We have a minimum $30 delivery fee regardless of distance. The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from our location at area code 48328 to your event at $3 per mile.
Our order minimum for on site-installations is $200. If you have a budget less than $200 we would be happy to make a Grab & Go garland for your event!
The time it takes to install our balloon decor varies and is based on the scale of the design. All of our inflating is done ahead of time so that we can try to keep it to under an hour whenever possible. We like to be wrapped up and heading out of the venue by 30 minutes prior to event start times. Please consider this when planning balloon decor for your event and communicating with any event planners/managers at the venue/etc.
We only use the highest quality balloons and materials on the market, however some may pop or deflate sooner than we anticipate. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up given environmental factors, but you can typically expect outdoor installations to last 1-2 days while indoor installations can last 4+weeks.
In hot summer months we recommend choosing lighter colored balloons for outdoor installations and installing your order in a shaded spot. High temperatures cause air to expand and can prematurely pop your balloons. While we only use professional grade balloons and the best techniques to limit this, we can only do so much to prevent darker colors from popping in the heat.
One of a kind balloon creations take a lot of time to prepare and design. We strongly encourage booking as soon as you know your event date to avoid disappointment of us already being booked. At least 2 weeks prior is highly recommended to ensure we have ample time to get any materials needed that are not in our inventory.
We hate to turn anyone away and will try our absolute best to accommodate your event! Last minute orders are accepted based on our availability and may be limited to the balloons we currently have in stock. Your balloon order total will be due up front and may be subject to a rush fee.
We understand things in life come up, and will do our best to accommodate any changes in your event. Deposits are non-refundable. If you must cancel your event, your initial deposit may be reallocated to another date and time, based on our availability. Any cancellations less than 72 hours from your event are subject to additional material costs if you wish to reschedule.
Grab & Go garlands are our budget-friendly option that allows you to still enjoy professionally balloon decor at a lower price point. They are fully constructed by us, then picked up and hung by you (pickup is at our location in Waterford, MI). Hanging materials and easy to follow instructions are included.
Small Pop garlands (4ft) will fit in most vehicles. Medium & Large Pop garlands (6 & 8ft) require a mid-size SUV or larger. Be sure that your vehicle is emptied out and all seats are down for pickup.
We do not return to break down your balloons unless there were prior arrangements made or your order includes a rental item. There is an additional fee for us to strike and dispose of the balloons.
Absolutely! The majority of our clients have some ideas and inspo photos, but need a little help which is where we come in! We will work with you to suggest designs that align with your vision and remain within your budget. Our one of a kind designs are custom and unique to each venue, event, and clients needs.
